During a conversation on chat the other day, it occurred to me that this official challenge is remarkably unknown amongst the more recent members. It's been several years since JtRH's release, but this particular challenge isn't exactly well publicised, either on the forums or the game itself. So... let's fix that.
Reach the stairs, but do not enter from the southern entrance, and do
not kill the Slayer.
That second restriction is important, since it's so much easier these days to just find a vulnerability and get rid of pesky imperial assassins before they become a problem. So we're going to make it very clear this time around.
Bear in mind that this is an official challenge within the game: pulling it off will reward you with some extra dialogue. So consider that an additional incentive.
