I'm gonna have to say that I'm Arnold from the Running Man. As I do a lot of running... well actually i do very little running... I'd say that I probably do none in hind sight... Plus I'm not a man.

Don't know if you guys have heard of this band but not only are they highly relavent to the topic, they are truly the best band on the planet. (lyrically and conceptually, not musically I hasten to add).

Hmm... if I have to be Arnold, I want to be Arnold from Total Recall. I loved that movie.

Besides, I sometimes dream of being a hero and saving the world, and I'm not always sure that everything around me is real. And who doesn't want to be a secret agent?

Well in my sleepy UK village, when I was 10, Tristan Arnold was the single boy who had everything (including a Jag at the age of 13).

That's one Arnold I certainly would not want to be.

Yeah, who'd want to drive a Jag? Clearly he should have held out for a BMW.

Noooo! There was me thinking that after 2 pages NOBODY was going to claim Mr Freeze Arnie, and I could jump in there and look clever (although watching Batman and Robin can in no way be described as clever).

Can I be Poison Ivy instead?

So Danny DeVito's top secret middle name is actually "Arnold"? Are you sure? :D

I'd be The City Cobra. No wait, that was the other guy.
Can't really identify with any Arnold, Snake Plissken is my man.
Talking about Schwarzenegger, look at this.
Young Arnie totally ass-crazed in Brazil. What is this? Some kind of commercial for sex tourism? Unbelievable.

Hello. I guess I'd consider myself to be the Arnold from The 6th Day: confused and bewildered by everything around me, I persevere to try to discover the truth. Plus, I sometimes feel like I have two very different sides to me.

Great game, I'm amazed I'd never heard of it before.

I'm a possible Arnold from the Terminator, where/when someone he killed leads to his not existing. It is unlikely that he exists, which is why the movie is more exciting than someone disappearing in a flash of nonsense.

The main post links are all 404s now... Is this forum so hermetic?
There's also a typo in the FAQ, look for "essnetially"

And, hello, I guess? It won't be long before my sweet talks lead to horrifyingly eye-burning holds, just kill me procrastination first.

[Oh yes, and avatar test.]

EDIT: Screw it, this is a testing post, might as well abuse something for a moment:

I'm Arnold from Terminator 2 because even though I'm (metaphorically speaking) a terrifying, monosyllabic speaking cyborg from the future rendering only senseless, wanton destruction in my wake... I've got a heart of gold. And that's what counts.

But if there were, I'd be the "I'm stuck on a secret room" kind!

I am Dutch from Predator, in that I like to slather myself with mud and roar into the jungle night over a giant bonfire.
Or maybe I'm more like Conan the Destroyer, wrestling with rubber-suited monsters over a scantily clad non-actress-type.
I alternate.
When I was playing through DROD I was Quaid from Total Recall: left lobotmized after playing through a computer generated dreamworld that dominated my sense of reality and left me oblivious to anything else.

I have no [bleep]ing clue what Arnold I am. It's a stupid question, really.

Well, damn. I guess I've screwed that first impression up. Oh well. Let me just say that I've been playing DROD:AE for the last three days and I am completely addicted to it.

Incidentally, DROD kicks rocks, and hopefully at least one person knows what I mean by that. :)

I may be like Governor Arnold, who recently declared himself a fervent champion of the environment.

Hmmm... maybe next week I could be the champion of all African Americans. Then I could stand at the podium and solemnly declare:

"I'll be Black!"

Lorne.

With that Big Sword, Beethro *looks* way more Arnie than I do, so I'm giving him the honour. But since *I* make him move I guess I'd be Arnie's brain, then. So who's the Karl Rove of California?

Sticking to the movies, the smart money is obviously on Arnie to play Bilbo when *The Hobbit* comes out. That's me to a T, so I pick that one.

Hello!
I'm Freddy, a new member and I would like to say I find DROD a fascinating game!

As for the Arnold I am, that's gotta be Ivan Danko from "Red Heat".
He manages to be as cold-blooded and emotionless hero as Arnold can be, and still manage to be funny in his own unique way.

The very thought of Arnold as a Soviet officer fills my heart with joy. Maybe because I was born in USSR. ;)
