Dugan's Dungeon - First Level: Sence North, Twice West

In the fourth section, kill each roach standing no further east than the west column of the alcove but do not step into the alcove.

Yes. That's what I meant by posting it as a challenge.

I just did it again and found that the way I did it last night was far more complicated than was necessary.

You know what maybe I'm just lucky but ever since I first started playing DROD I've never entered the alcove. I've always done it without the alcove.

The challenge could be made harder:
In the fourth section, kill all roaches but one standing no further east than the column that is one square to the west of the alcove (basically the same challenge shifted one square to the west).
