If it's hosted online somewhere, then you can use the third button to the right of the [Secret] button to insert it. Note: it has to be hosted online somewhere, just being on your computer somewhere won't do.

I didn't think it was very hard, it's just the way I've always done it. Until I saw the whole level demo for level 19, I never knew why the crumbly walls were there.
