In the lowest part of the 1-tile bookcase image (only in city tiles), you see a magenta-like color instead of black.

In more useful news: This is likely a result of the change of transparency color tween TCB/RPG.

I think, however, that this is likely the result of copy-pasting, as the black line at the top of the 1-tile bookcase is a thinner than the black line at the top of the 2-tile bookcase.
