Well, there're no real puzzles in the hold. I believe this was intended as tutorial but that isn't really good tutorial either. This reminds me about "Smauel's tutorial of TCB" - a lot of stuff which you didn't need to include. Plus quite bad explanation of elements(in case it's a tutorial-like hold).
The one thing though: this hold is made in JTRH. It's quite difficult to create puzzles in JtRH for quite... newbie architects as Kitten. So, don't critize him too much, please.
And special thanks to rman for making translation to English(it was in Russian language originally(!))! Text is at least readable now...
I agree with almost all of your points but why is it quite difficult to create puzzles in JtRH? Also, why did the architect use JtRH in first place?
This hold, however, is not worth submitting to HAs, unless you add some puzzles or make a better tutorial
