So..... I just beat TCB. Great ending, but those last two builder levels were a PAIN.

Assuming you do, well done! And I see someone has a roguelike background... I know what you mean about the builder levels - I've actually just finished replaying TCB for mastery, and I ended up just skipping them (and most of Abyssian Fortress) apart from the secrets.

And now you face the same dilemma I do - which to buy first, Devilishly Dangerous Dungeons of Doom or DROD RPG?

And I'm going for DROD RPG, just cause I like tower of the sorceror so much.

(why does caravel torment us with progress bars? it's so cruel!)

Well, your timing could scarcely be any better as it's been said that the 12th of this month is when DROD RPG comes out (not definite however).

Either way, congrats on your achievement! It's a very difficult hold in my opinion but well worth the time spent.

I will piggyback this here. I'm sure there were better threads for this but I have been unable to find one of them by searching.

I conquered TCB but have not yet mastered it. Now I am trying to find and complete all the secret rooms.

In the level The City, the game says I have explored 98% of the level and have solved 0/0 secret rooms. The map in Hints and Solutions matches the map displayed in the Restore function.

I counted exactly 49 rooms in this level.

Is there a way to figure out where the missing room is?

Congratulations!

You are missing the room with the entrance to the secret postmastery level, which is accessed only through scripting. To gain access to this room (and the secret level), you will have to follow the chain of clues provided by citizens in various rooms in The City level.

Sorry to dissapoint but there are'nt any. Just those from The City Beneath.
