A JPG wont help you... there's no specific end picture that you need.
Your best bet is to turn the lights on systematically, going from left to right, or top to bottom, and only worry about getting one row or column completely green at a time.
You'll run into some problems when you get to the last couple rows, since you can't avoid changing some undesired lights, but if you mess around and only change things in the last rows, you shouldn't have much trouble...
Just a point of advice, which you're probably well aware of, but let's say for the purposes of this discussion you are trying to work left to right.
T
LCR
B
that is the pattern of lights you switch. The letters stand for top, left, center, right, and bottom, just to make referring to them easier
As you work along the very left side I would recommend starting something like this (X = green, O = Dark)
XXOOOO
XOOOOO
OOOOOO
XOOOOO
XXOOOO
XOOOOO
OOOOOO
XOOOOO
XXOOOO
This allows you to cover a lot of ground early...
then fill in the gaps
XXOOOO
XXOOOO
XXXOOO
XXOOOO
XXOOOO
XXOOOO
XXXOOO
XXOOOO
XXOOOO
Like so.
Then if you use the Left part of you little cross of lights. (L in the diagram above) and mark the spots Labelled with ^'s in the next diagram using only L then you'll have another column cleared
XX^OOO
XX^OOO
XXXOOO
XX^OOO
XX^OOO
XX^OOO
XXXOOO
XX^OOO
XX^OOO
!?
After you've completed the ! column, move on to the dark spots in the ? column, changing them using only the L part of your cross and so on as you cross the board.
when you get all the way to the right side, just don't mess up columns that you already have completed, and just try to maneuver your dark spots together so you can eliminate them in groups.
That's the tricky part, but once you have only 4 left, I think, the wall will slide back and you'll be on your way.
Good luck.
