Neat little diversion. It was fun. A couple trivial solutions I found, but it kept me entertained for 10-20 minutes, so I'm happy.

This was short... I mean really short. Also, there weren't any puzzles. This is more of a weak hack&slash than anything, and not a wonderfully good one at that. I can see what the author tried to do but there could have been SO much more to this hold it's not even funny.

Lejon, I recommend that you put a test version of your next hold on the Architect forum, so we can give it a run-through before you publish a finished version of it. We'd have been able to tell you stuff like "add a blue door to level 1, twice north" and "your crumbly wall is in the wrong place in level 2, 1 South 1 East (you can skip the trapdoors entirely)"

It's not to do with difficulty, it's to do with not having bugs or unintended trivial solutions. It's refreshing to have a hold that's not really difficult once in a while. I look forward to your next one.

The trivial sulutions, u mentioned, was actuly intended!
You have to keep in mind that it is a hold of a noob.
You cant expect me to make hold's that are hard for you experienced. Not yet anyway ;)
But Im working on a hold, that will take quite some time to finish.
It will maby not be fun for everyone, it will be about math and physics. Unfortunatly I cant find some funktions that I wold need :/
But I will see what I can do about it..
Maby some will come in next version.. :)

Good point, and well made. Thanks for being observant!

You get some grubbles. Think of them as like a cookie, but not.

I deleted the extra posts and holds from the hold database, but forgot about the room image database. It's fixed now. I really need to write some code to clean that sort of "Whoops" up nicely for me. Or at least build a robot to do it.

I really liked this one. About easy-medium difficulty. One or two more levels would be fun too. :thumbsup

I found it quite good as well! It was the first hold on this site that I could do with my very limited skills, so now I can say that I have done a hold downloaded off here!

Good work.

A gentle difficulty and some Puzzels. The story is nice and therer are no unfair places.

2 way idea is good !

I enjoyed ;)

The idea is good and the placement of a lot of the scrolls was nice, it kind of gave it a Metroid Prime / creepy sort of feel. Or would have except for the spelling. I'm sure a lot of people would be willing to help with that if you asked. As it is, the spelling just really detracts from the hold and is kind of lazy.

The puzzles were simple, as intended but fairly well implemented. I appreciated that unlike most beginner holds, this one didn't make you go in a ridiculous long path back and forth all over the place just to open a few gates (even the first room wasn't too bad and added to the "explorish" feel of the hold). I was very glad for some of the shortcuts in crumbly walls. Nice touch there.

Some of the save points were strangely placed (right as you enter the room) and some rooms could have used save points a little further into it, in case of mistakes.

All in all, probably one of the more thoughtful beginner-made holds I've played so I'm happy.
