I'd say that's really her choice, just because she acts like a troll doesn't mean she has to change an avatar that you seem to have a problem with.

Throwing it's URL into AdBlock or Remove It Permanently should do the trick on the client side...

If you have firefox you could also right click the avatar and choose the "block images from...." button from the context menue. I don't think a ban is necessary. She just opened 2 useless threads and did her best at flooding her own topics. I think it's best to ignore her until she gets flawlessly consistent.
