I have two general tips for you:

Make your thread titles more descriptive, as we're more likely to help you if we know from the title what it is you want us to help with.

Odds are someone's already started a thread about whatever room you're having difficulty with, so searching the forum for it will usually get you to a solution without starting another thread.

And it is completely unnecessary. Demos should only be posted if the person is really having a hard time. Please stop giving a demo for every single room. And while you're at it, please stop resurrecting month-old or older hint threads with new hints, especially when you're basically saying the same thing as before.
