Slow loading of rooms/lag mid-room (0)

So, I was playing last night and noticed something *really* bizarre. For some reason, about half of the time when I finished a new room, DROD would lag something fierce while my network connection went berserk. This would start after anywhere from the moment I left the room to about five seconds later, and go on for upwards of 30 seconds at times. I think it reached 2 minutes at one point. Invariably, as soon as that finished, the highscore message would pop up.

For reference: MacBook Pro 2GHz, OSX 10.4.11, DROD 3.1.0.55
