So far I've made it as far as level 25 a couple times. In re-playing various levels, I have found the secret jump room on level 4.

Now on level 10 thrice north, I see there is a passage leading in from the east. I have not figured out where that comes from.

Anyone know?

Hehe...it's a shame you made it to level 25 so many times without beating it...especially on the Caravel version.
