I just found out something rather strange.
You see, when serpents are on room edges, they are counted as obstacles, (even if the room has been cleared) so you can't go in on top of the serpent's body. However, for some reason, in the editor the snake's
head isn't marked as blue (therefore an obstacle to the other side). That's pretty weird already, but wait till you read the next paragraph.
I really don't want to say anything, because I could make some really good puzzles with this, but I guess someone will probably try it anyways. When you try to walk onto the serpent's body, it acts just like any wall. But when you try to walk onto its head.....

× The serpent disappears!!!!!
Well, I guess it's for consistency, because the same thing happens to any other monster when you step on it, but.....
In that case, why shouldn't the body do that too?
My opinion is that
all monsters on room edges should be considered obstacles. As far as I know, there are no rooms (in Dugan's, anyways) that will be broken by it. Beethro doesn't really have a "
stomping"
power, does he? (And is his stomp really strong enough to crush a serpent's skull? And in that case, shouldn't the body of the serpent remain there?)
All right, enough of the philosophizing.....I get the feeling that I forgot to say something.
P.S. I think it should be noted that this post is the first time I've ever used secret text.
