×There's a quick solution to 1N1E, by waiting to place the mimic on the northernmost empty slot, as it becomes available (solution goes from 160 to 97 moves, and no need for any fancy stuff) There's a couple of obvious fixes here - either put some more doors down, or put the mimic at the edge of the screen so it has to be placed immediately. Maybe there's a better idea.

×1S1E was the most difficult for me, in that there was not an obvious onscreen cue to help me choose the order of doing stuff. In the end, my solution differed from yours - I coordinated all 3 mimics, and it didn't take nearly so many moves to complete the room.
1N was great, but didn't take me long once I had a careful look at the area available for movement. My best solution is 110 moves
The entrance is worth a mention. I'd love to see other puzzles on the same theme, if there are any viable options.
The trapdoor maze 2S1E was a little straightforward.
As a small side point, you may have noticed that if scrolls are placed on the edge of the screen, they dont display when Beethro enters a room ontop of them. Either this could be reported as a bug (I forget if it has come up before) or you might consider changing scroll placement. This is only a tiny cosmetic thing though.
