I have been playing the steps hold and have an error with checkpoint restoring. Its really odd. The checkpoints are there and you can click on them to select the one to restore too but most of the time it drops me back at the entrance to the room. Sometimes I can click around different ones until I get one that works but then next time I die it won't work and I need to choose a different one. I can't say how to reproduce this as I wasn't doing anything special just playing the hold. I looked at the drod.err file and it has lines like the following in it.

All of that is on one line and there are lots of them. I have zipped up my 3 dats and the error file but drod.net won't let me post them they are over 1 meg so I need an email address to send them to.

I think we have seen something like this before...it was posted on the Bugs board somewhere. You should be able to e-mail to bugs@drod.net, like it says in the description of the Bugs board on the main page of the DROD forum.
