Okay - i admit it, no clue as to how I'm to escape from this room (first time through it - assuming there may be other times through as well). I can kill all the guards but that leaves me left with Halph trapped and no exit. I can leave a guard alive but he won't cooperate and let me out. Clues appreciated.

Ok, so Ive tried to hide myself with the tar in as many ways as I can think of, but the guards keep killing me. Any hints as to how to cut the tar? Any hints are welcome!

EDIT: Ok got it, now I need to convince the guards to open up the door!

You are not supposed to conquer this room when there are guards in it.

To leave without opening the green door, you need to:

Well, the thing is that I don't know how to cut the tar, cause I don't cut the tar. I run around the guards instead, while letting Halph open the doors. It's going to be hard to give any hints on how to do that... but if you want, I could try to give you a walk-through.
