Idea from this H&S post.

How about another room in the official Tutorial Rooms level pointing out that you can kill seeps by opening yellow, red, and black doors? It might not be obvious to those who didn't get their introduction from JtRH.

The only other not-quite-entirely-predictable interaction I can think of right now is that decoys wake evil eyes from any distance, but the only place I recall that coming up in TCB, it should be fairly obvious things are arranged as they are for a reason.

Another thing that should be told IMO, is that decoy's and mimics start off fuses.

That's a good idea, schep, but that room doesn't rely on opening a door to kill the seep. Instead, that room raises a door so that the seep move on them and then they can be killed. Just so you know. :)

Game on,

Ha. Oh yeah.

And hmm, a room demonstrating that mimics drop trapdoors and mimics and decoys light fuses isn't a bad idea, but it's not too hard to guess, either.

Speaking as someone who discovered it the hard way in Beethro and the Secret Society while playing a room requiring you to place a decoy on a fuse, I really wish that that interaction had been a little more publicised.

There's a fuse-lighting decoy in JtRH, in a room designed explictly to showcase this behavior.

(This doesn't contradict the value of what is said above, of course. I'm just pointing it out that this was not a quirk of decoys that you have to learn by playing user holds)
