Yeah, they randomly sent a reminder to everyone. And it seems there is no VAT in Israel, since it's only the 19.95$ for me. In any case, VAT on exported items makes little sense, in my opinion. Why would the UK government deserve to get money just because one of its citizens bought software from another country? The opposite would make more sense (tax when buying stuff from UK). And would you be taxed the same if you downloaded your software in USA, put it on a memory stick, returned to UK and installed it there? I don't get it.
