If a tar mother is placed on a hot tile, without surrounding tar, it will create a block of uncuttable blue stuff. Same for gel. Mud remains cuttable, but is effected similarly. Not only that, but stabbing a tar mother near this blob turns it into a tar baby. I think it is treated as a 1X1 corner blob, as I can't cut into a 2X3 blob, when the tarred tile is next to the center. I think this is buggy.

I think that mothers should be unaffected by heat.
