Sorry, but I had to ding the deadly collection because I couldn't even open it. I hope it isn't just me who couldn't handle the .rar archive and didn't want to find, download, install, and use a new program to deal with it.

Okay, this is becoming ridiculous. Here you go - an improved compilation of all the entries, after they have been brought to common denominator. One zip, just unpack and it will all be arranged. No zips inside zips, no rars, all pictures have been limited to 800pix across. NiroZ, feel free to relink to this file.
