×In the end of your demo, when the goblin moves to 20,1, go up to the checkpoint at 20,3, and wait there for 5-7 turns, and the goblin will kill the snake.
Once you've killed all the snakes, you want the goblins, to be able to get down to the door where you can kill the goblins, to line up like this:

There's many ways to do that. I actually just found a way that might be better that the way I mentioned in my previous hints.

×Leave the first snake alive.

×When you get up to the checkpoint at 21,16, in the beginning of the room, wait only until the goblin north of you moves up to 22,15, and then go directly up to the northern snakes, leaving the first one alive.

×When you then go back, after killing the northern snakes, the goblin behind you will be blocked by the snake.

×To kill the snake, move to 23,18 so one goblin will stand on the arrow in the middle of the snakes circle, and the other will stand on 22,16 blocking the snake. Wait there until the snake is dead.
