Anson,
Please, Please PLEASE! Just because it's ok on one forum, doesn't mean it's acceptable on another forum.
First things first, ask for things politely. People otherwise are hesitant to help you out, and when they do, it's because they feel sorry for you.
Second, try to post in a coherent fashion. By this I mean that you join your sentences together(and this doesn't mean you just drop your fullstops), instead of having your sentences fragmented/non-existant. If you don't know how to do that/find it hard, that's ok. But if you can, everyone as a whole will be happier, and it will be of substantial benefit to you.
Third, when you start something, finish it before you move onto the next one. We have enough people who start things but don't finish them as it is, make yourself noticeable by actually completing what you start.
Fourth, modesty is a virtue.
Please, don't take this as a threat of any sort, we are quite happy to forgive newcomers if they are willing to fix their mistakes, in fact, we would be overjoyed to do so.
