If you look closely at the end when the woman bows, you can see that the part between her breasts is not skin, but part of the clothing.

According to wikipedia, the guy holds a patent for "a system of wires that hold the various costumes together and when the wire is pulled, the costume falls revealing the next outfit"

Edit: And here is a whole page dedicated to explaining the trick. I didn't read it so I don't know how reliable it is.
