I am running DROD: King Dugan's Dungeon 2.0.14.1. This may just be a graphics thing, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I can't really describe it, but here's an example hold.

That's technically normal. If something is on a wall, it is raised a few pixels. It does look odd though.
