Good to see I didn't completely kill this thread, but it does seem kind of concussed doesn't it? And I'm out of shots for this movie, so let's try some progressive text hints.

1. It's an American movie.

2. The men in the last two pictures are the same person, and the right ear at the left edge of the third-last picture is also his.

3. The two characters in the last picture are mentioned in the title of the film, although not by name.

4. Note that an "American movie" needn't have anything to do with the USA. Just mentioning.

5. Let's bring in a googlable element: The names of the characters in the last picture are Rafael and Norma.

<shrug> Around here this was a fairly successful picture which stayed in cinemas for longer than most "southern" films, but apparently that was a local phenomenon.

Plus, maybe we just watch different things. I had to look up House, M.D., for instance. (Sounds interesting though -- Hugh Laurie in a hospital opera?)

I haven't seen it, but I also hadn't seen the image until I opened it's url in a new tab and did a shift-reload.
