Well, exactly what Josh said - it's Constantine.

I thought that last image was a dead giveaway; Peter Stormare as Lucifer the total businessman...

John Constantine's terminal lung cancer is one of the movie's main points, and that second image was him as a kid... it may not be Oscar material, but it's kinda campy to watch - as is Doom: The Movie.

EDIT: actually, using IMDb's power search to search for the 3 ratings I gave and "cancer" yields 3 single hits, while using "smoking" instead of "cancer" yields 19 hits...
