Okay, I don't have much time right now, so forgive me for not waiting for MartianInvader to tell me I got it right.

Yeah, I guess there was kina a slew of what-is-reality movies that came out around then. I was pretty young when I saw it. Basically, all I remember is I liked it, and it had those cool green lines.

This thread is starting to get pretty long... I'm finding myself using the search function to make sure no one's already done the shot I'm posting!

That looks like it could be Kate Monday and George Frankly from Mathnet. (Well, the "Mathnet" segment on Square One.)

Man, I loved Mathnet. (I don't remember much of it; just someone getting convicted on a 3.14159, 'Impersonating a Mathematician'. Time to hit Youtube...)
