Well, because i'm spanish, and italian and spanish have same roots I can at least understant partially, and this topic is to discuss all italians if the person who created it if it is a good idea to make a DROD forum for italians, in italian. But I can't understand more as that.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a thread used for a semi-private conversation as long as it's in the public interest (though in this case the public = Italian readers, not the entire forum), and as long as it's limited to one thread.

That said, the five posts above you are neather2 chatting with himself, which seems a bit excessive (assuming someone didn't just delete all his intervening posts).
