My catch-all: "didn't Jesus preach tolerance above all else?"

I deploy it whenever there's a Christian fellow trying to convince me of the merits of his philosophy without actually going into the philosophy itself. And then I run.

I really should get a more universal 'get out of conversion free' phrase.

Try something like "did i ever mention that i * " filling in * with an intimate, embarrising thing, like 'Wet my bed until i was 17?'

It usually stuns them long enough to excape all but the most persistant of conversationalists. Trying to sell something to them always helps.
