Well done, Tim. I've been scouring Baghdad, Kabul etc. Didn't think of North Korea...

Damn! I thought it read "nobody has*n't* visited" so was looking at all the obvious ones.

Irony is, I have been to Pyongyang (and across Vietnam), but didn't reckon everyone else had.

How did you do that? I understand it takes anyone months or even years to be granted to anywhere near North Korea...

Maybe, but it still took long enough. Your answer is correct.

BTW, I think it's a bit unnecessary to wait for confirmation in this game. If you've found an identical map, then you are pretty much guaranteed to have the right answer.

in some cases you are right, but it may depend to the points that to guess. i would prefer when the people who gave the riddle are try to be quick. but even if the game lags for some hours it is a funny one.

Perhaps if someone wants to not wait for confirmation, they ought to give the lat/long coordinates for the point so that other people can verify, just to make sure?

Very good!! :thumbsup

I was racking my brain trying to figure this out. I kept coming back to the fact there were so many people so close, walking around the airport, how can that be. But I thought maybe I was just over examining the picture. :crazy :wacko

OK next one:

for 1 point name the town under the red circle

for 2 points name the river

for 3 points name the famous structure under the blue circle

Good luck,

And here is the file renamed to avoid problems on Windows systems.

Elfstone - to avoid this sort of problem in the future, whenever you upload a file make sure that the punctuation symbol before the last three letters is a period, not a colon.

it wasn't a problem at all, the difference was that i had to confirm the programm that should open the file. no atomatically opening. i just had to click on "ACDSee"......

I'm getting the feeling by looking at Elfstone's files that she doesn't have file extensions turned on in her OS.

Elfstone: Before uploading files, if you highlight them in Finder and press Apple-I, it brings up a little info window with a bunch of fold-down panels in it. There's one called 'Name & Extension' that has a little text box with the file's full name in it. I'm assuming by what you've said in other places that you've been naming files with the format '<Name>/<Extension>'; what you *need* to do is '<Name>.<Extension>'. That little box is a good way to make sure things are named properly ;)

Apologies all round folks. :(
I'm still a bit confused about the forward slash becoming a colon all on its own, but Hikari's advice is very clear (as ever - thanks!) and I have done that and re-attached the file above.

Elfstone.

I thought this one would be much easier than my previous one. Hmmmm, maybe not!

Is it time to start giving hints? They will have to be verbal, as I can't get the pic. to be any clearer; if I go down any lower it becomes blurry.
