Looks like it may use the 1213 engine, but that's a bit of a stretch. And yes, I know 1213 uses a heavily modified AGS.

That's what I had thought as well, but the screenshot in question looks a little pixelated in the foreground, and the Myst games are fairly photorealistic. Hmm...
