Well... heh. I've only ever seen one anime that had the scanlines. My initial reaction before noticing them was Naruto, but I realized that Naruto never had a battle with crowds like that, then noticed the scanlines... then swore because *I* was going to use a screenshot from Kino for my next turn.

And, um... Briareos? Could be worse... I spent $100 USD on the series 'cos I was buying the discs as they came out

I wish the movie would make it stateside...

So yeah, I'll try and come up with something else since Maurog stole my chosen source. Probably post tomorrow at some point.

If you know the game at all, the reason for my 'pandering' tag on the image is quite clear

EDIT: Doh... OK, giving a hint as I suddenly realize that I didn't quite think this one through... This game never got officially released, though it showed up in a lot of review magazines at the time. I didn't realize that when I picked it, but found it out when I then started looking around online for it. >_@

So, um... If people think I should pick something else, I'll do that, or someone can figure out what game this is. What do people want to do?

If it is that old and was never officially releasd, it's going to be pretty hard for people to remember it. Personally I think you should put another one up and if someone can guess the original one correctly I'll give them the points for you.

I seriously never realized that one never actually came out. I'll admit I don't have it legally, but my ROM doesn't say anything about it being an unreleased prototype or anything like that ^^;;

This somehow reminds me of Cowboy Bebop: The Movie. But i'm not sure. I'm thinking about the final battle atop of that building, but i can't remember were there any bells.

It's a silly guess, but could it be the Hunchback of Notre Dame?

And yes, The Wall has lots of animation in it. The hammer scene was the first thing that came to my mind too, but it couldn't be it, The Wall animation is rougher. And there were no bells.
