That's it! I played the heck out of that game. I loved the SNES Shadowrun, but it had such a tight story that I haven't played it much over the years. On the Genesis however, you could get random missions, and I would always go for the hacking ones. Come to think of it, I don't think I ever actually finished that game.....

Okay, so Jon Pertwee is my favorite Doctor, and that thing is definitely a Sea Devil.
So googling gets me Doctor Who: Destiny of the Doctors.

Don't think I've actually seen any of Pertwee's episodes but I've seen everything fourth Doctor and beyond. I'll have to look him up based on your statement.
I found Colin Baker to be underrated. I enjoyed him.

Yeah, I'd encourage you to look him up. Besides his personality, I really liked the 3rd Doctor's style of dress: frilly shirts with velvet smoking jackets. Most other actors would probably have looked rather silly wearing those, but he pulled it off and managed to look elegant.
Colin Baker, on the other hand, had a horrible outfit. But yes, I'd agree that he was underrated.
