This is enjoyable ^_^ I love these story-based holds...
A couple things I'd bring up, though (other than the fact that I really, really wish this one was longer)...
When you put the whole thing in an all-in-one state like this, you really ought to take out the '2' and '3' rooms. They're just taking up time. I'd suggest completely removing it on the first one, and perhaps having Beethro get a distress call at the end of the second planet to segue into the third one.
When the Mud Commander thing is talking in the prison room of the third planet, the color you chose as a background for its speech looks *really* bad. Also it's harder to read than any of the other colors you've used. You *might* want to change that.
Looking forward to seeing more of this hold if you make more planets!
