I just read through this scripting help, but one thing i dont understand is how to let a creature wait until another creature is finsihed with talking. Is there something like WAIT UNTIL NPC ENDS or sth like that?

No, there is no real-time control in DROD play or scripting. However, maybe some people can help you implement a workaround if you wish (just elaborate on what you're trying to script up).

the thing i want to do is that a goblin announces the goblin king... so i have to find a way that the goblin king shows up as soon as the goblin is finished announcing him... and definitly not before ;-)

i would be thankful for any solutions...

Let me understand this correctly, you want the goblin king comes up at the same turn as your announcement ends?

Why not end your announcement at the same turn as the goblin king turns up? (I hope you understand what I mean.)

sounds good but wont work.... before the Goblin King shows up there is like 8 lines of *IMPORTANT* talk, which i cant simply kill when the king shows up.... it is supposed to be like

A:"dhwehwh"
B:"wehewhewh"
A:"edgwehewhwe"
B:"egweheshew"
A:"ehgwehgewhg and here comes the king"
K appears and says: "Woho i am here"

sth liek that :-)

i am thinking about sth like

A: "...and here comes the king [when you want him to come strike that orb]"
King comes with orb strike or sth like that... but thats stupid... dammit...

any ideas welcomed..

If you really must deliver 8 important lines, then define 8 points in a room Beethro must go, and let them say whenever Beethro reach those points.

example:
1) wait for Be at point 1
2) speech A:"Have you seen our new king yet?"
3) wait for Be at point 2
4) speech B:"No, what's he like?"
...
15) wait for Be at point 8
16) speech B:"Oh, I can handle him with one finger!"
17) King appears at (x,y)
18) speech King:"Boo!"

Something like this?

I used this in the first room of Tunnel Vision. I understood you have finished that room?

PS. Personally, I think forcing someone to read 8 lines is really too much...

I know lines is too much and probably its just 5 and it is the introduction to the hold... so i guess it should be fine.
