icon How to make a push-it puzzle (0)
I have an idea for a push-it puzzle but I forgot how to set the editor for that.
I had the instructions written down, and they say "go to the properties page and then press shift and 7.
I tried but it doesn't work (it used to: see "Supra Terram" in the past contests).
I have recently downloaded the freeware version of Subterra: is that the reason why the old procedure doesn't work?
Can anybody tell me how to make a push-it puzzle with this version? A "block-o-mania" level?
Please HELP!
Thanks, Caterina

Thank you Stew Boy!
I've made my push-up puzzle but it is now causing another problem. I have 5 traps and 5 safes, and of course the safes should be put in the traps to complete the puzzle. Sometimes, though, especially when some object other than a safe "crosses" the trap, the fact counts as if a safe had been passing through the trap.
Any idea on how to solve this problem?
Thanks.
Caterina

I don't think it can be solved, but it gives the maker more ideas
on how to make puzzles with that function.

I see what you mean. Still, I am not convinced this isn't a bug. Shouldn't traps be "sensitive" only with regards to the safes, once you select the "Block-o-mania" function?
What other objects should be expected to provoke the same effect the safes cause?

It should be only safes and those yellow pushable blocks that trigger the 'storage spots' (i.e. traps). If anything else does, too, please let me know.

Traps seem to be "sensitive" also to white pillows. When a white pillow is moved into the trap, it counts as if a safe had entered the trap.
Thank you for your help!

As I pointed out in my previous message, it seems to me that white pillows , as well as crates, are sensitive to traps in a Block-o-mania puzzle. Is that correct?
Thanks, Caterina

Well, as they're technically blocks, yes.
