It's hard to give any specific clues for this room as it can be completed so many ways. I just played it through again and beat it a different way to last time. The following is basically a walk through, so only read as much as you need, though one or two wrong moves could still turn it into disaster. Coincidentally, this attempt knocked a fair number of moves off my last try and snuck me onto the high score list.

×Enter the central arena from the NE, drop the trapdoors and kill the roach queen

×Head for the lower middle roach queen, taking out a couple of wraithwings on the way.

×After killing the queen, remove a couple more wraithwings, then concentrate on the roaches that have built up before heading for the other central queen, hopefully killing off a couple more wraithwings on the way

×Head for the NW queen next, tackling the roaches that have built up again, though hopefully that should only be a dozen or so. From there it should be a clear run to the last two queens, with maybe a wraithwing left. I let the slayer take care of that one.
Edit: Hopeless Amateur knocked me back off the high score list while I was typing this.
