The Descent of King Hesper : Red Stuff : 3 South (+1)

So I guess I'm missing something obvious since I'm the first to ask for help with this room, but I've been stuck on this room for days and have no idea how to even start. I've tried loads of different ways to place the mimics but not the correct way obviously! Any hints please? Thanks!
