I don't know if this might actually qualify as a bug, but I just tried to write a script using the new array variable system, and I wanted to make one that was unique to the instance of the character. I was told from the documentation from the 5.2 help files that you do this by starting the name with @. But when I tried in RPG, it told me that "Variable names must start with a letter and have no punctuation other than _."

If this feature is missing, it raises the question of what the "set array var at" command is any good for.

Well, RPG doesn't have user-defined local variables, so it doesn't have local arrays.

"Set array var at" still works with global arrays, and that's still done by the NPC at the target tile, so its predefined vars will be used in that case.

EDIT: Also you should use the RPG help files to understand how features work in RPG.
