More keyboard shortcuts in the character editor (+1)

While making my bug report for the missing monster preview, I had to click quite a lot to go through all the characters in order, then having to click on the "Options", and repeat.

This made me want to have a dedicated letter to open the options tab after I click on the character of my choosing.
Similarly, having a letter for "add a command" might be similarly helpful.

Lastly, I think both of these additions could be made to DROD 5 too, right? (Should I make a separate feature request there?)
