As a sort of spiritual successor to my hold Chronometry Confusion, I made some timeclone rooms. There is just a single level and 15 puzzle rooms. The difficulty does vary, with some rooms not too hard, but there are some which do get quite tough. Welcome any and all feedback! Cheers!

Thanks for these very speedy breaks! I've updated the hold to hopefully fix 1W and 1S (in 1S I'd accidentally broken the pressure plate). As for 1S1E, I probably need to rethink the room - I'd forgotten about that change, so will likely completely change it.

I took a brief peek around.
Visually, I really like the level, well done there.
I will note that as it stands, the level is impossible to complete, since the staircase room (isolated behind a blue door) is still marked as "required".

Also, for 1S1W, while I might be missing something obvious (given I haven't really used the golem nor the mirror), I still believe that this is simply mathematically impossible :(

It might be the case that I simply STILL still haven't learnt enough, even after completing the whole of Temporal Regulator... But those two rooms look fairly undoable to me. What do you think?

The worst part of timeclones is having to redo the whole room when you realize that you should have waited just a few more moves with the first one. Ah, well, 2E was fun anyway.

3E seems like it doesn't work - I can get an adder to kill the eye or almost to the hot tile, but there's nothing that can open the door, so either way it's stuck. Would appreciate a hint.

These are devilishly clever, and I'll definitely take a look at some more another time.

Hi LovaP - thanks for checking these out! You're right - those two I believe were impossible, I think due to dodgy version control from me (e.g. the tarstuff room originally had 6 clone tokens, but it turned out one was redundant, but I forgot to also reduce the number of doors guarding the roach). I've also tweaked the mechanism in 1S1W. Can confirm that I have working demos for both of these rooms now. Thanks for the comments, have updated the original post.

@Someone Else, thanks also for your comments - I'll have a look into those rooms in the morning!

Phew, I was starting to get worried :D
Thanks for fixing those, I have now taken another look and solved both -- really liked them too, especially the tarstuff planning. (Although it is very slightly "fiddly" to sync up that many clones. All good though.)

Alright,

I've done minor updates to 1N and 1N1E to maybe work at rectifying the breaks found by Someone Else (and Red-XIII in chat) and LovaP found respectively. I've replaced 3E and 1S1E with replacement rooms so let's see how those go down. I've also rotated 1N2E because I think this will change how the snake preferences go. I will probably need to do more extensive fixes on these but we can see how it is for now. I've also made a small change to 2S.
