Editor: Ctrl+Enter in a text-input dialog should save the changes (+2)

Steps:
1. Open level editor
2. Place scroll
3. Type your scroll contents
4. Press Ctrl+Enter

What happens:
Nothing in particular

What I'd like to happen:
Close the dialog and save the changes.

Reason:
It's a common convention nowadays for submitting things. Also I am reworking internationalization strings in KDDL which means I edit a lot of scrolls and the less mouse movement I do the faster I copy.
