I can use the 2 initial mirrors to become unbrained and lead an eye to the NW stalwart. Then I get a third mirror to play with.
It doesn't seem like the NE stalwart can go second, because he's facing the wrong direction. So the SE stalwart is next. Three mirrors is enough to trap an eye near him and become unbrained, but then a mirror is left at row 25 and can't be moved north.
If the NE stalwart then goes third, I don't see how to trap an eye nearby with just three mirrors.
EDIT: OK I found a way to become unbrained in the top area (row 7) by trapping just Beethro in there with 2 mirrors, but that stalwart is still facing the wrong way...
