Six Braves is a fun and free* TotS-style game (on Steam), pretty mechanically straightforward and seemingly aimed at imitating the original experience pretty directly. (It seems there were a great many such fangames in China, see discussion and links here). The developer is apparently Chinese but except for some minor menu items, everything in-game seemed to be passably translated into English.

*(the swordsman class is a free campaign; you can unlock other classes as paid DLC. I got stuck around floor 40 on easy mode, so I have yet to investigate the others, but I found it quite addictive so far.)
