On the half turn (under some conditions?) The TA splits creating a new one in one of the targets, but the original TA doesn't move to the other one. The correct behavior should probably be that nothing happens.

Temporal Aumtlich is a custom scripted element, and those can be really difficult to integrate with the standard DROD elements.

Bugs like this fall under "don't put them in a room together," "fix the scripting yourself if you want to use them together," and "make players angry by exploiting unintuitive custom element code in your rooms" territory.
