If stat building with hervor, what about the stamina regan and dieing in traning?
Stat bulding with hervor is vaild in my opinion, you could never really max your stats in the wild early on. At least not without exstreamism and not rescuing that guy for 30 game days or something.

This is because, if the slider was turned down not enough mobs spawn, and if its turned up the limitions wont let you go at it that long in the early stages.

Prob up to 30 days but never tested this. Hes therefor in no real danger hahaha.
I suspect liff is sneaking him food and a chamber pot.

I dont like to cut off the envormental factor, by turning the slider down, seems like cheating and only if I must.
Your only other real option is way later in the game build stats in secret combat room.
