I don't know how that's possible, but I had to start a new game cause my fox gliched and now Regin is not on my new game saves.
I'm about to finish chapter 1 and he simply isn't anywhere to be found.
I was so busy doing all the other quests I only noticed Regin was missing when I was looking for him to accept his quests and get the golden sword from him.
Will I have to start the game all over again?

I had already looked for him at different times of the day before, but this time I got to Munarvagir early in the morning, looked for him, and then slept 4 hours and looked for him again. I kept repeating that and he eventually appeared during the night on the next day.
