I've done a couple Rogue runs now trying to get the Rogue-specific achievement, but I had no luck so far. Even in runs where I never entered combat, never threatened anyone or never used violent non-combat puzzle solutions, I still never got the achievement.

Can anyone give me some hints what you're actually supposed to do? I got another idea but all my attempts so far didn't work out and I'm wondering if I'm chasing phantoms here.

You will come along the thieves guild. A character there will request that you deal with his brother. He asks an item as a proof that you did. Find a way to present that item to him, without (as the achievement suggests) using violence. It starts at the gem room.

Are you sure it's just that quest? I tried it just now without killing anyone and I still don't have the achievement.

There has been reported some issues with steam server properly registering Heroine's Quest achievements. From what you describing, you should have earned it already.

No, this is not a bug. You simply haven't completed the achievement yet. Hint, it says "violent situations", plural.

So what is needed for this achievement? I completed the haugbui's and fanfir quest without using violence but it did not unlock. What did I miss?

No, you can't climb the wall. Use the thieves guild escape route or the horse figurine. But don't walk away and do nothing or go around and try to flank them. The flanking gives the same result as just going out and not saving Munavagir gives you a heartattack.

I just wonder whether using on Egther doesn't count as violence even though it doesn't count as a fight.

Also, does killing random Brigands and such prevent the archievement?
