King Dugan's Dungeon Lite 1 : Mastery Level : 1 North, 2 West (0)

Hi all this is the last room I have to do on this level (and whatever there on 1S) but I can't do it; I tried many ways but still can't figure out which RQ should be free first. Also I have no idea of how lead NW roach queen. Any hint?

I still don't get it.
The queen still gets trapped.
I tried lots of things, but I don't see it
